Meet with one of our world-class coaches to discuss goals and programming during your free week or simply get going on your free week of classes!DAY2
Day 7: Pick A Plan
You’ve enjoyed a week of unlimited classes. It’s been challenging but rewarding. You’ve already decided this is exactly what you needed but now you choose from a variety of membership plans to meet your needs, your budget, and your goals. At the conclusion of your free week trial, talk to any of our coaches to select the membership plan that works best for you.DAY7
Day 8: Welcome to the Fortius East Family!
We help you learn the fundamentals of being fit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you! You will be added to our Private Facebook Members Only page for updates on schedule and the many community events we hold throughout the year!DAY4
Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You
Congratulations, you’ve been with FORTIUS EAST for 30 days and it’s been a great 30 days. You’ve already surprised yourself numerous times. Your friends are seeing a new confidence and you can’t stop from thinking about the latest accomplishment. You don’t know why but you can’t wait to get to the gym and take on the next workout.DAY30
Day 45: Ahhhmazing YOU
Congratulations on doing great work and investing in your long-term fitness goals. It’s not easy, but you’re accomplishing a lot already, so keep the ahhmazing effort (and good times) rolling. At this point your body has become acclimated to the training, you have more energy during the day, you are sleeping better, and by this time you are seeing the changes to your health and body image!DAY45
Day 60: 60 Days Of Fitness
It’s been 2 months, and because you are loving the community and the feeling you get tackling these challenging workouts, you’ve been more consistent that you’ve ever been with your fitness!
By committing to your fitness and health, you’ve learned to do things you’ve never thought you could.
